Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FunnelScope ("the Service"), operated by LVO L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FunnelScope is a funnel analytics platform that connects third-party marketing tools (including but not limited to Systeme.io, ClickFunnels, Calendly, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Stripe, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok) to provide unified dashboards and KPI tracking.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• FunnelScope offers paid subscription plans with optional free trials.
• Billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Data and Integrations

• FunnelScope connects to third-party services on your behalf using OAuth or webhook integrations.
• We store integration tokens in encrypted form and never share your data with third parties.
• We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or data accuracy issues caused by third-party services.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and share data from your third-party accounts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FunnelScope are owned by LVO L.L.C-FZ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVO L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates.
