Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

LVO L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our"), a Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone (Dubai, U.A.E.) under License Number 2307293.01, operates FunnelScope. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed).

Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (Systeme.io, ClickFunnels, Calendly, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Stripe, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), we collect and process analytics data from those platforms on your behalf. This may include leads, sales, bookings, ad spend, and engagement metrics.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use FunnelScope, including pages visited, features used, and dashboard configurations.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service.
  • Connect to your third-party integrations and display your analytics.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing).
  • Improve the Service based on usage patterns.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Integration tokens are encrypted using AES-256 before storage.
  • Analytics data is processed through Tinybird (hosted in Europe, region europe-west2) and stored in PostgreSQL.
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
  • We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

4.b. Meta Platform Data (Meta Ads)

When you connect a Meta Ads account to FunnelScope through Facebook Login:

  • Permissions requested: ads_read (read-only access to your ad accounts and insights). FunnelScope does not modify, create, pause, or delete any of your campaigns, ads, ad sets, or any other resource on Meta. We use the Marketing API in a strictly read-only manner.
  • Data we read from Meta: ad account list, campaign and ad-level insights (impressions, clicks, spend, reach, frequency, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversions), account metadata (currency, timezone, business name).
  • Storage: the long-lived access token issued by Meta is encrypted with AES-256 before being stored in our database. Aggregated cost and performance data is stored in our analytics warehouse (Tinybird, hosted in Europe) and in PostgreSQL to render your dashboard.
  • Sharing: we never sell, rent, or share your Meta data with any third party. We never use your Meta data for advertising purposes. We never combine your Meta data with data from other users.
  • Disconnection: you can disconnect your Meta integration at any time from FunnelScope's integration settings. Upon disconnection, the access token is permanently deleted from our database. You can also revoke FunnelScope's access directly from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
  • Deletion: see Section 13 (Data Deletion) and our Data Deletion page.

4.c. Google Platform Data (Google Ads)

FunnelScope's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect a Google Ads account to FunnelScope through Google OAuth:

  • Scope requested: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — read and write access to Google Ads data. FunnelScope uses this scope exclusively in read-only mode. We never modify, create, pause, or delete any campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, budget, or any other Google Ads resource. All API calls are made via GAQL searchStream queries on the customer, campaign, ad_group, and ad resources.
  • Data we read from Google Ads: accessible customer list, account metadata (descriptive name, currency code, time zone, manager status), campaign and ad-level performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, CTR, average CPC, conversions).
  • Storage: the OAuth access token and refresh token issued by Google are encrypted with AES-256 before being stored in our database. Aggregated cost and performance data is stored in our analytics warehouse (Tinybird, hosted in Europe) and in PostgreSQL to render your dashboard.
  • Limited Use compliance: we only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features of FunnelScope (the analytics dashboard). We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, for serving ads, for training AI/ML models, or for any purpose unrelated to the features the user has requested. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features (e.g., Tinybird as our analytics data processor), to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to the user. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with the user's explicit consent, for security investigations, or when required by law.
  • Disconnection: you can disconnect your Google Ads integration at any time from FunnelScope's integration settings. Upon disconnection, both the access token and refresh token are permanently deleted from our database. You can also revoke FunnelScope's access directly from Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access.
  • Deletion: see Section 13 (Data Deletion) and our Data Deletion page.

  • Stripe for payment processing.

  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention
