How to Delete Your Data

FunnelScope, operated by LVO L.L.C-FZ, is committed to your right to delete your personal data and any data fetched from third-party platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Systeme.io, ClickFunnels, Calendly, Stripe, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) at any time.

What Will Be Deleted

When you submit a deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your FunnelScope account (email, name, password hash, organization membership).
• All encrypted OAuth tokens and API credentials for every connected integration.
• All analytics data fetched from connected third-party platforms (campaign metrics, leads, bookings, posts, costs, etc.).
• Your dashboard configurations, KPI cards, and saved filters.
• Any uploaded assets associated with your account.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to contact@funnelscope.ai with:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Body: the email address associated with your FunnelScope account.

We will:

1. Acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
2. Permanently delete all of your personal data and integration data within 30 days.
3. Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Meta Platform Data — Specific Notes

If you connected a Meta Ads account to FunnelScope, you have two options to remove the access we hold over your Meta data:

1. Disconnect from FunnelScope (recommended): in your FunnelScope dashboard, go to Integrations → Meta Ads → Disconnect. The encrypted long-lived access token issued by Meta is immediately and permanently deleted from our database upon disconnection.
2. Revoke directly from Facebook: visit Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find "FunnelScope" (or the developer app name "ADSINSPI"), and remove it. This will invalidate the access token on Meta's side; we will still hold any aggregated data we previously fetched until you submit a full deletion request as described above.

Google Ads Data — Specific Notes

To revoke FunnelScope's OAuth access to your Google Ads account, visit Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access and remove FunnelScope. To delete previously fetched data from our database, submit a deletion request as described above.

Retention Exceptions

We may retain limited information when required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance) or to protect against fraud and abuse. Such retained data is never used for any other purpose.
